What the role is:You manage all performance, feedback and engagement activities for the unit.What you will be working on:On this, you monitor the overall staffing status and planning postings to ensure healthy staffing across MINDEF/SAF. You also oversee the professional development of individual servicemen and formalise the Route of Advancement (ROA) with the respective Expertise Architecture Framework. Additionally, you plan and manage all recruitment efforts and engagement events for the community. Your challenge lies in having an in-depth understanding of all manpower policies, procedures, processes and prioritising resources to meet multiple demands.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource (HR) Administration with at least 6 years\' experience in Human Resource (HR). You should possess a good command of written and verbal skills, as well as strong leadership traits, good planning abilities and good public relations and communication skills.
