What the role is:Job Scope / Key deliverables: Preventive Drug Education (PDE) remains a key tenet in CNB\'s mission to enforce, educate and engage Singaporeans for a drug-free Singapore. The job holder will be part of the Content Development and Training team in CNB\'s Communications Division to drive CNB\'s PDE strategy, develop content and train key partners to amplify the drug-free message, in support of a drug-free Singapore. In alignment with CNB\'s forward PDE and engagement strategy to empower key partners to co-lead PDE in their spheres of influence, the officer will be part of the team responsible for developing good PDE content through regular review and curation of narratives and messages to facilitate key partners\' amplification of consistent drug-free message effectively to target domains i.e., schools, community, parents and family. The officer will also drive the development of partners\' PDE capabilities through training, in terms of sharing best practices and new content to educate partners on the usage of PDE content/materials effectively. To sustain this, the officer will plan regular engagements with the partners.What you will be working on:Main roles and responsibilities include: 1. Leading regular reviews of PDE Message House and its drug-free narratives and messages for different target groups while ensuring consistency in messaging; 2. Driving the development of materials, planning and training for key partners; 3. Engaging partners to ensure they are adequately trained to amplify drug-free messages effectively - including establishing network with existing and potential partners; and 4. Developing intervention strategies in response to feedback and evaluation on PDE resources, training resources and other products and programmes.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: 1. Excellent communicator with good people skills, confident in engaging various partners and target groups, including delivering presentations. 2. Good planning and organisational skills, with experience in digital technology and tools integration in work processes, along with a high degree of detail orientation. 3. Good knowledge management practices to retain and transfer knowledge within team and office. 4. Experience in strategic planning, resource planning, content creation, and/or public education and training. 5. Some supervisory experience and experience in government procurement preferred. 6. Work on weekends and after office hours may be required.
