What you will be working on:Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the Systems & Services team in delivering individual portfolios, including e-learning, learning technology, knowledge management (KM) technology, and systems (e.g. AGC Intranet). \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the implementation and project management of key KM, training, and learning IT infrastructure projects for the whole of AGC. KM IT projects include legal KM IT projects, the organization\'s Intranet portal, cross-Divisional libraries of precedents, database of Singapore judgments, etc. Training and learning IT projects includes courseware development, LEARN app, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Explore innovations including the use of Artificial Intelligence in the implementation and enforcement of KM curation processes and workflows across AGC and manage whole-of-AGC knowledge assets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use new technology to design and create new knowledge assets to effectively capture explicit and tacit knowledge across Divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Horizon scanning of new technologies and benchmarking of best practices ready to be shared across AGC and with cross-agency clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Head of Learning Management in assessing the Academy\'s learning technology needs and performing horizon scans for user-centric learning best practices globally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Head of Learning Management to ensure that SOPs, workflows and SLAs are consistently applied throughout the Systems & Services team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage a team of Systems & Services executives, ensuring appropriate support and upskilling are provided to enable individual and team development and career progression.What we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Law, Information Technology or Knowledge Management will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or a Diploma in Adult Continuation Education (DACE) will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a legal work environment managing key projects will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of basic principles of law and/or knowledge management will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with IT databases/document management systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong stakeholder management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and managerial skills, with an interest in developing talent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organisational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and details-oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to think critically, work independently and maintain composure when working under tight timelines/stress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and able to continually update oneself on the rapidly changing technological and legal environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle potentially sensitive information.
