What the role is:
As the Team Lead of the Learning Management team, you will report to the Head of Learning Management and will be responsible for leading the Learning Management team in delivering individual portfolios, including Training Management and Administration for the School of Legal Knowledge programmes and Division-specific training for 5 Divisions.
What you will be working on:
Your main job responsibilities are to: 1. Draft, review and update AGC\'s Practice Directions for compliance of legal processes and work products by collaborating closely with the Dean and Executive Director. This involves: \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing initial drafts of new Practice Directions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging with various Divisions and Heads of Departments to gather and coordinate their feedback on proposed and existing Practice Directions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertaking the review and integration of this feedback to refine and enhance the Practice Directions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting updates to the Practice Directions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting systematic and periodic assessments of the Practice Directions to identify and implement necessary revisions. 2. Lead the team in aligning learning strategies to support both the Division\'s and the broader AGC\'s business objectives which include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting annual learning needs analysis with Schools and Divisions in order to plan and design future learning curriculum. \xe2\x80\xa2 Delivering and implementing learning programmes designed and developed for Divisions/AGC (including e-learning, and small/large-scale training events). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring completion of milestone and/or other mandatory training programmes for LSOs in accordance with the appropriate frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Scanning and providing recommendations on learning interventions to build capabilities and/or address performance gaps, in consultation with Divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide visibility on training health status to Divisions on a quarterly basis. 3. Procure and recommend high quality and innovative training providers (internal or external) and solutions to improve learning outcomes, and coordinate with the selected training provider to develop and facilitate the effective delivery of the training programme. 4. Integrate various learning pedagogies into the delivery of training initiatives and materials, with a particular focus on enhancing e-learning modules, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, with a view to regularly evaluate and improve the initiatives and materials provided. 5. Develop practices and processes to foster collaboration and bridge gaps between training and knowledge management, with the aim to improve the quality of information sharing and legal service. 6. Oversee the delivery of training courses, ensuring materials/curriculums are relevant and up to date, and are delivered on schedule, within budget provisions. 7. Facilitate requests for external training courses (conducted locally and/or virtually) and ensure proper follow-through by the team. 8. Adopt a data-led approach in evaluating and reviewing training curriculum effectiveness based on agreed learning success metrics. 9. Provide regular updates and reports on training delivery data to Deputy Director, Learning Management (LM), Head of Learning Management and Schools. 10. Ensure training administration and training activity records are well-maintained by the team. 11. Monitor and manage the team\'s capacity and proposing robust covering arrangements. 12. Work with Deputy Director of Learning Management to ensure that SOPs, workflows and Service Level Agreements are consistently applied throughout the Learning Management Team.

Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualifications in relevant fields such as Learning & Development (L&D), Training Management, or other equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of relevant training management and administrative experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills; good organisational and project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly proficient in MS Office suite. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player and ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced office environment.
