Job Description

Responsibilities
- Support in resource planning, tracking of revenues and expenditures
- System Administrator for the Asset Management System
- Support in procurement
- Coordinate with various teams to manage all Assets\xe2\x80\x99 information (e.g. Asset Register, SOP, Reports, etc.)
- To develop various documentations (e.g. SLA, SOP, Report, Contract, etc) and monitor the validity & expiry of each documentations
- To gather information on operations and activities for Audit-purposes
- Assist to plan and conduct Internal Audits
- Perform Physical Asset condition assessment
- Support to plan and forecast the Asset Management (e.g. Asset\xe2\x80\x99s Life Cycle)
- Support in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements
- Support in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required
- Any other duties as assigned
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain or related discipline
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Words)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Location: Macpherson / Ubi
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, Office Hour
- Salary: Up to $2600/mth + AWS + VB
