Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Has 2 to 3 years of working experience in trouble shooting of M&E engineering work or food production / processing system.
3. Leadership skills in directing and leading a team of production operators.
4. Those with experience in food production or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the day-to-day processing of egg products in the factory. You will set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of quality food products.
2. Direct and supervise the activities of food production staff to ensure daily targets and demands are met.
3. Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and food safety standards.
4. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
5. Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products and storage at optimum conditions
