We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion. We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design. More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Our deep knowledge of engineering and dedication to the work has resulted in 44 patents, and our research and development into the field of magnetics will only continue to grow our business. Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer. Today, we have two production factories and numerous sales and support offices across the globe. At Akribis Systems, precision matters. Department Overview: Miniature stage department specilized in produce mini to medium size of precision motion system products, also known as stages, for broad spectrum of industries include semiconductor, medical, factory automation, and etc. The department includes multidisciplinary engineers with broad range of engineering knowledge ranging from mechanical design, control engineering, as well as assembly and troubleshootong skills sets to deliver precision stages. The department is growing to serve the niche market in design and provide factory automation equipments. We are in position creating growth opportunities for our staff to become future leaders or skilled personnels.
DESIGNATION : Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist engineer in generating 3D CAD model design and 2D CAD detail drawing
• To assist engineer in generating BOM and documentation related to design
• To hands-on assembly in mechanical modules and simple cables routing
• To work together with engineer, workshop and assembly technician to ensure projects are moving
• To generate Working instruction with the assistance of engineer
• To assist engineer in generating documentation and go through process for RMA, ECN, and roll-MRP
• To assist engineer in troubleshooting
• To assist team leader/project leader when required

• Preferably with [1-2] Year(s) of working experience working in the automation industry.
• Applicants without experience with good learning ability are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.

• Understanding of measuring equipment
• Mechanical/Mechatronics trained will be advantageous

• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
• Possess positive attitude to solve issues at root cause level
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
