Job Description

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

The project will focuses on the use of digital tools and data to support operations by creating templates to structure data during the collection phase (data cleaning), analysis of data to identify operations insights and develop dashboard to visual the data to support decision making.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The intern will be working along with managers and engineers in driving process workflow optimization and development. The intern will also work with the team lead to implementation of 6s in CIM tank yard and digital workspace

Some initiatives:
1. Developing templates to collect data for the tracking and monitoring site inspections, optimise spare part management.
2. Analyse of our reliability performance and to digitalise key learnings into these routine site inspections.
3. Improving Power BI dashboard for the tracking of logistic key performance indicators
4. Create automation using google script to support inventory tracking, reporting and notification.
5. Optimise the industrial nitrogen supply (INS) operations by creating standardised supply models setups: (P & ID drawings for INS equipment setups) to reduce "time -to- market"
6. Create industrial brochures and support the update of technical drawings

Last but not least, the candidate will gain industrial exposure by working with different departments (Logistics, On-site operations, Customer installations and maintenance) and understand how they function together to support a wide range of industries.

Currently in pursing Bachelor in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. Adaptability and flexibility in working different projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
