Role Overview



We are looking for a motivated

Assistant Events Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least

1 year of events experience

and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will support the team in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning and managing events from concept to execution Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure event requirements are met Handle administrative and logistical support, including registration, budgeting, scheduling, and timelines Coordinate onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and teardown Prepare post-event reports and support follow-up tasks Support the senior team in delivering high-quality experiences for clients

Requirements



At least 1 year of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or related fields Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player with a proactive attitude On occassion, willing to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules This job requires the person to be in our team's office (Bencoolen/ Bugis)
