Job Description


:

Provide administrative support in areas such as service/programme administration, documentation, data and facilities administration as well as assist in other administrative matters related to corporate services (e.g. Finance and HR).

  • Manage front desk duties and attend to calls, emails and walk-in enquiries.
  • Ensure upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. This includes liaising with vendors on maintenance matters, upkeep of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment.
  • Upkeep of client\'s records and relevant databases within the Service Point, including the use of shared IT platforms for centralized depository of documents.
  • Process accounts payable and receivables, raising purchase & payment requisitions with supporting documents, as well as month-end reconciliations on program expenses tracking.
  • Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding of new staff / interns on administrative procedures.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in MS Office/Office 365

Min \'O\' levels

Mon-Fri; alternate Sat
