:

The Programme Executive (PE) will be part of the Family Support Services \xe2\x80\x93 Care Corner Families for Life team play an administration and support role of the delivery of evidence-based parenting programmes in the Woodlands and Sembawang regions, and evidence-based marriage programmes in various regions in the North. The PE works collaboratively with school and community partners in planning, promoting and operationalising programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples.

The PE works collaboratively with school and community partners in planning, promoting and operationalising the programmes to support couples, parents and families in building their resilience capacity. Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing partnerships with schools and community stakeholders in planning, promoting and operationalising programmes
  • Manage end-to-end operations from programme planning to post programme review and reporting
  • Outreach, sharing of parenting and marriage resources and recruiting parents and couples to participate in programmes, including representing the agency during roadshows on selected weekends
  • Carry out other administrative and logistic aspects of the programmes
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to trainers as part of programmes, including Friday evenings and Saturdays
  • Maintain accurate and updated programme data for report compilation and analysis
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the objectives of the agency
Requirements
  • Relevant working experience in social service, education, or related work involving family, parents and children. Experience in front-line client facing work, stakeholder management, and events (online and onsite) management.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office application, specifically Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Forms.
  • Proficiency in using MS Teams/Zoom to host seminars and meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written skills to communicate confidently with school partners to collaborate and build partnerships.
  • Marketing and client service skills in sharing programmes with parents and through group presentations
  • Shows initiative, ability to be resourceful and creative in problem-solving
  • A good team player yet being able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Chinese, or at least conversational in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Willing to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays when necessary
Qualifications:

Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent.
