Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Meet your sales goals, objectives and KPIs
  • Serves customers by selling training courses, services, or products to meet customer workforce training needs
  • Services new and existing accounts
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients profiles, industry trends, and training needs
  • Ability to manage and work with trainers or partners who deliver your programme or offer to your client
  • Ability to coordinate and occasionally assist, support, and be responsible when working with a team member, who will facilitate your secured client or training courses
  • Ability to consult and discuss training needs and outcomes with trainers, employees' supervisors, HR managers or management
  • Serve as advisor to clients by answering all of their training related questions and concerns
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma holder and above
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Possess good planning and organising skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results
