Serves customers by selling training courses, services, or products to meet customer workforce training needs
Services new and existing accounts
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients profiles, industry trends, and training needs
Ability to manage and work with trainers or partners who deliver your programme or offer to your client
Ability to coordinate and occasionally assist, support, and be responsible when working with a team member, who will facilitate your secured client or training courses
Ability to consult and discuss training needs and outcomes with trainers, employees' supervisors, HR managers or management
Serve as advisor to clients by answering all of their training related questions and concerns
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma holder and above
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in a fast pace environment
Possess good planning and organising skills
Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results
