Job Description


What the role is:You will assist the Human Resources team on a range of manpower functions including recruitment, emplacement, leave, exit management and re-employment.What you will be working on:

  • Administrative support across various functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, emplacement, leave, exit management, deployment and re-employment; \xe2\x80\xa2 Raising service requests to VITAL to effect appointment contracts, updating of personnel records and other manpower related transactions; \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate leave records and employee data in HRPS, and \xe2\x80\xa2 Other administrative duties include support for HR events, updating of senior management contact lists, local transport matters etc.
What we are looking for:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with HRPS and VOICES systems will be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills and enjoy working with stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
