Job Description

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

• Coordinates and provides instructions to external vendors engaged in preventive / corrective programs executed in the building utilities.
• Train Operation technicians to operate, troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to basic maintain the operation of utility equipment.
• Provides technical support to the manufacturing department as required and in accordance to scheduled work.
• Leads and develop Improvement projects. Continuously seek opportunities to improve utility equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support Integrated Management Systems development and continuous improvement. Review maintenance records to ensure adherence to applicable standards such as (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 14,000, OHSAS 18,000, ISO 22000 and KORE
• Manage Plant Engineering tools, equipment, accessories and utility spare part Stores.
• Execute basic preventative maintenance on the steam boiler unit and automated warehouse equipment, conducts routine rounds on Utilities
• Oversee the safe operation of the boilers and associated equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the standards, codes, and regulations pertaining to the construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
