Job Description

* Oversee all facility matters on-site and liaise closely with the Account Director on the supervision of all deployed staff * Verify invoices relating to FM services and supervi Oversee all facility matters on-site and liaise closely with the Account Director on the supervision of all deployed staff Verify invoices relating to FM services and supervise workers on-site to ensure workplace safety is adhered to. Provide procurement support in term of sourcing for FM related vendors, evaluate their quotations and provide recommendations to the Authority's representatives Responsible for tracking faults reported for all sites and report to the Client's representatives on a weekly basis. Take the necessary actions to resolve the faults Familiarize and take over all the maintenance contracts when the client has established and plan a holistic maintenance masterplan for the whole year. Management System, Mechanical & Electrical, telephony system etc. Possess knowledge in the Government Procurement Procedures and able to draft technical specifications for the client's representatives to call for tender or quotation Assist the Authority's representatives in Asset Management such as maintaining / updating the Asset Register, asset tagging and facilitating the annual asset sighting exercise Support the client's representatives as the point of contact with the building management on-site in fire safety related matters Collate all common utilities (e.g. water, utilities and telephone charges etc) and submit a monthly statistics report to the client's representatives, analyzing the usage trend and propose any initiatives which the client could adopt to reduce wastage Provide advice on Health & Safety matters to govern and standardize the safety aspect of all deployed staff and contractors carrying out work on behalf of the Authority on-site Conduct regular training or briefing and regularly updating the safety practices to inculcate safety awareness to all the deployed staff on-site Risk Management and Implementation and Effectiveness of Control Measures etc. Fire Safety Act and Regulations in Singapore, understand the fundamentals and principles of fire safety to carry out related duties Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property/Estate Management, Electrical/Mechanical or related disciplines At least 5 years of professional and management working experience (supervising roles) in Integrated Facilities Management related services Possess good project management skills which could assist client in managing/tracking on-going or existing Facilities Management related contract Possess relevant professional certifications e.g. fire safety, workplace safety and health, project management, customer management (supervise service operation) and bizSAFE etc Candidates who possess more above-mentioned professional certification will be advantageous. Fire Safety Manager (FSM) qualifications is an added advantage Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM) certificate or equivalent is an added advantage
