Working Location: Upper Thomson

• Provide facilities management services for our clients\' site in various locations around Singapore. This includes scheduling preventative and breakdown maintenance for M&E services, Building Services, cleaning, pest control, horticulture and providing security management through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause to take corrective action and preventive action.
• Obtain quotation from contractor and submit work request for client\xe2\x80\x99s approval for ad-hoc breakdown maintenance and improvement works.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate recognised by SCDF and have minimum 3 years of FSM experience.
• The appointed staff will be stationed at one of the site but will need to travel to other off-site properties if needed.
• Preferably with experience in managing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract. However, experience in Managing Agent contract will also be considered.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Service orientated mindset
• Working schedule : 5-day work week
