Excellent Site Management

- Perform regular periodic Gemba Walks.

- Perform regular EHS audits on procedures.

Stakeholders' support and Client recognition

- Provide competent support and achieve and safeguard stakeholders' interest.

- Achieve no more than 2 complains or escalations (Overall) per year at your site.

- Obtain at least 2 compliments and client references for the calendar year.

Ensure EHS compliance

- Ensure ZERO ITC & Cardinal Rule violations at your site.

- Ensure ZERO EHS Violations.

- Ensure relevant incident reporting has been done timely and to the correct parties.

Innovation and Improvements

- Assist FM to implement at least 3 innovations per year at your site.

- Proposal of innovations to FM to achieve 3 innovations per year.

No major incidents

- Provide superior client service such that no incidents resulting in a cumulative cost of claims of damages.

Technology Optimisation

- Effective use of Corrigo

- Drive efficiency through use of Corrigo

- Ensure PPM and Reactive Work Orders are closed timely with no overdue work orders.

Excellent Vendor Management

- Perform excellent vendor management for the following scopes and not limited to:

Cleansing / Security / Landscape / Pest Control & Wildlife / F&B / Waste Management / Events / AV

- Ensure all vendors are EHS inducted and complies with Client House Rules before entering site.

- Perform monthly meetings with vendor and submit the meeting minutes in monthly PM.

- Perform annual vendor induction on EHS and performance requirements with all Vendors.

- Establish a good working relation with vendors to encourage operational support on site.

Others

- Attend/assist in in-house, on-the-job trainings to raise skill level for self-performing works

- Feedback to managers/procurement on savings from self-performed tasks or innovative solutions

- Report on completion of PPM and ad-hoc work request for timely GR and accrual of work

- Fulfilling PPM obligation on time,

- Updating Corrigo Work Order closure and actively attending to work order within time

Expectation

- Attending to ad-hoc work request, push to close WO within the designated On-Site and Due-By Date
