Job Description


You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our clients\' site in various locations around Singapore. This includes scheduling preventative and breakdown maintenance for M&E services, Building Services, cleaning, pest control, horticulture and providing security management through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause to take corrective action and preventive action. In addition, you will need to obtain quotation from contractor and submit work request for client\xe2\x80\x99s approval for adhoc breakdown maintenance and improvement works.

  • Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Will be required to travel to various sites as assigned
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Service orientated mindset
  • Working hours : 5 day work week
