Job Responsibilities: * Repair and replacement work for all Mechanical, Electrical & Civil related works, such as CCTV, Aircon, lighting & power, plumbing & sanitary, etc. * Handling of facility Job Responsibilities: Repair and replacement work for all Mechanical, Electrical & Civil related works, such as CCTV, Aircon, lighting & power, plumbing & sanitary, etc. Handling of facility contracts or contractors for Aircon, lift, facility equipment, grass cutting, Pest control, etc. Report to the superior in charge and perform task assigned and any other ad-hoc duties Job Requirements: Min ITE (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or similar Class 3 driving licence (preferred) Benefits: Daily Lunch Provided Company Transport Provided at designated MRT stations (Lakeside & Boon Lay) Medical and Dental benefits Attractive Bonus Scheme (AWS, Special Bonus etc.)
