Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and replacement work for all Mechanical, Electrical & Civil related works, such as CCTV, Aircon, lighting & power, plumbing & sanitary, etc.
- Handling of facility contracts or contractors for Aircon, lift, facility equipment, grass cutting, Pest control, etc.
- Report to the superior in charge and perform task assigned and any other ad-hoc duties
- Min ITE (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or similar
- Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
- Daily Lunch Provided
- Company Transport Provided at designated MRT stations (Lakeside & Boon Lay)
- Medical and Dental benefits
