Assistant Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

o Oversee all daily operations of the factory, from production and manufacturing to shipping and receiving.


o Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.


o Lead, train, and manage the production team to achieve company goals.


o Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.


o Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports for senior management.

o Requirements:

o Proven experience in a factory management or production management role.


o Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


o In-depth knowledge of production management, quality control (e.g., ISO standards), and safety procedures.


o Experience in setting up a new factory or production line is a major plus.
