Help prepare requisitions for General Store items, ensuring stock levels are maintained cost-effectively.
Monitor and manage all operating equipment used in the restaurant, minimizing losses.
Coordinate with Chef and other department for any special promotion and ensure staff is aware of it to ensure that up selling is exercised.
Carry out any other related tasks as directed by management.
