What You'll Be Doing

Establish and uphold robust financial controls and internal policies. Oversee the preparation of accurate accounting records and monthly financial statements, maintaining a comprehensive set of accounts. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Lead and facilitate both internal and external audits, ensuring the organization remains audit-ready. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and timely submission of GST and tax filings. Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity, proposing improvements to processes and business operations. Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process. Keep financial documentation organized and ensure adherence to established procedures across teams. Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, banks, and other key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance. Handle ad-hoc finance-related projects and reporting requests as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

A Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance. 3-5 years of relevant experience with hands-on involvement in full set of accounts and month-end closings. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of local tax laws and GST filing requirements.
