➢ Location: East (Changi) ➢ Salary: up to $4,500 ➢ 5 days week ➢ Industry: Retail

Oversee trade receivable functions carried out in the department are being handled and documented properly
Oversee daily store sales and online sales reconciliation, SGD & FC reconcile and clearing and promotion voucher verification
Oversee daily reconciliation of online sales between SAP and online sales report
Review and implement internal control mechanism and policies in Trade AR team
Regular monitoring of debtors aging, collections and reconciliation
Monthly sales reconciliation and monthly accrual journal entry
Timely preparation of monthly Trade AR GST report
Responsible for trade AR month end closing
Prepare monthly reporting to Head of Finance & HQ Finance if any
Any other ad hoc projects or assignments as per assigned by Head of Finance

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of work experience in related to Accounts Receivable role with supervisory experience
Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy/Accounting and Finance/ACCA or equivalent
Meticulous, Dependable, pro-active with a can-do attitude
Numerical inclined with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet reporting datelines
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Good knowledge of Accounting standards in Singapore
