My client is hiring for an Assistant Finance Manager, responsible for financial reporting matters in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for financial accounting matters related to GL, AR, tax, audit etc
• Prepare financial closing, submission of statutory reporting to regulatory authorities
• Effective monitoring of cashflow, ensure proper controls are in place
• Manage a team of accountants and assistants, supervising team and ensure compliance to timelines
• Introduce improvements to reporting processes, promote operational efficiencies

Profile

• Degree qualified in Finance & Accounting with at least 5 years of working experience
• Industry experience working with Retail, FMCG, F&B and/or ecommerce will be highly advantageous
• System knowledge in Oracle or other ERP, proficient with excel
• Meticulous, hands on, able to work in a high-volume transactions environment
