Assistant Finance Manager (Central/ Permanent Role/ Immediate)

o Location: Central Area

o 5 Days work week

Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day finance operations for multiple Singapore entities, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and GST submissions. Supervise and coach accounting teams in Singapore and Malaysia. Oversee credit risk management, including monitoring, legal actions, and customer assessments. Review management reports, support performance reviews, and provide insights for decision-making and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements. Liaise with sales, legal, auditors, internal teams, and overseas entities on financial and operational matters. Assist in budgeting, ROI evaluations, and feasibility studies for new projects. Handling tax computations and liaising with tax agents. Lead ERP enhancements, streamline financial reporting, and support process efficiency.

Requirement:

ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in relevant experiences.

Experienced with SAP and project management will be advantageous. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff. Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
