Job Description

Responsibilities



Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, budgets, and forecasts for the assigned portfolio Prepare annual financial statements in line with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) Assess the impact of changes in accounting standards and ensure proper treatment of business activities Manage audits and liaise with internal and external auditors Oversee income tax and GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations; support other tax-related matters Identify process gaps, implement controls, and drive system improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality Lead and develop a team of finance executives Undertake other duties and assignments as required

Requirements



Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the real estate sector Prior supervisory experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of accounting and FRS Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
