Assistant Product Manager (Banking / Central / Up to $8000) Transfer Agency, Fund Administration The Product Manager is responsible for the suite of fund services products for Asia markets, and will Assistant Product Manager (Banking / Central / Up to $8000) Transfer Agency, Fund Administration The Product Manager is responsible for the suite of fund services products for Asia markets, and will be in charge of the product development and product management for Fund Administration, Transfer Agency and Distribution support. The Product Manager will be based in Singapore and is primarily responsible for the strategic evolution and execution of product strategies to achieve business goals with respect to the development, business management, risk mitigation and commercialization of the fund services product portfolio regionally. Key Responsibilities a) Strategic thinking - actively contribute to the overall business strategy and overseeing and executing product strategies with respect to the development, business management, risk mitigation and commercialization of the fund services products b) Conduct product planning, product lifecycle management, and marketing to support Securities Services' overall strategy and goals c) Ensuring that suite of products is appropriate and positioned in alignment with business and segment strategies and benchmarked against market offerings d) Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by delivering increased revenue and cost management Job Scope a) Identify gaps in the service offering and support development of a clear product roadmap for enhancements and expansions through understanding market trends, competition and environment b) Plan and maintain regional roadmap including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features as well as regional rollout plan c) Capitalize on product differentiation and commercialise on such opportunities by building a unique position for potential and/or existing clients d) Innovation of new products, capitalising on changes to regulatory environment, market regulations/infrastructure, market practices or through synergies with other product groups e) Develop market sizing, segment value propositions f) Collect features and requirements needed by each market through connecting with key subject matter experts g) Act as a product specialist to the business regarding the scope of approved product suite, accountable for client product satisfaction and product engagement h) Assist with key project development and implementations.
