For more information, click here .Role reports to: Asia Pacific Regional FP&A leaderLocation: SingaporeTravel %: 10%What you will doAs the Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A for the Asia Pacific Region, you will be a pivotal member of the Finance team. You will co-lead the forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for the region and acting as a key finance partner for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) project. This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive financial performance and deliver valuable insights that support business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting, Planning & Analysis:

• Contribute to the APAC regional business planning and forecast update processes, collaborating closely with senior finance leaders.
• Partner with market and cluster BUF teams, and work alongside the India BUF Capability Center to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial forecast and planning.
• Perform in-depth analysis of sales growth drivers and provide a thorough understanding of key forecast changes leveraging monthly IBP cycles, offering fact-based financial analysis to support regional strategic planning.
• Conduct scenario analysis, assess risks and opportunities, and propose actionable gap closure plans to address potential shortfalls, while identifying fund pivoting opportunities to capitalize on market momentum.
• Challenge business assumptions with a critical mindset, delivering insights that uncover financial opportunities and drive enhanced business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the Global Finance Transformation Project, contributing to the design and adoption of future technologies for APAC.
• Collaborate with the India Capability Center to drive continuous process improvement and system efficiencies.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

What we are looking forRequired Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience, with a solid understanding of FP&A processes and hands-on proficiency in FP&A systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex financial models and perform scenario planning to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Independent thinker with a proactive approach, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective business partnerships across functions and geographies.
• Proven ability to excel in a matrixed environment, working effectively with diverse, remote teams.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with the capacity to navigate complexities and uncertainties in a dynamic business environment.
