** Not able to provide sponsorship to work for a new employer.Business : Marine Industry - Listed Co.Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.15pmWork Location: Tuas Crescent (Co. transport available from Marsiling and Jurong East)Requirements :

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent.
• 8 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Experienced in Group Consolidation under Listed Company, with familiarity in group results analysis and SGX reporting.
• Proficiency in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and/or International Financial Reporting Standards and group consolidation
• Knowledge of SAP ERP System is advantageous.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Action-oriented, detail-focused, and accurate.

Responsibilities:Key Role -

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.
• Compile statement of group cash flow and other necessary schedules for SGX announcements.
• Communicate & Coordinate with subsidiaries for group consolidation matters.
• Ensure accurate & timely submission of subsidiary consolidation packages & group consolidation activities.
• Prepare board files quarterly and assist in AGM, EGM, and Sustainability Report preparation.
• Simplify monthly consolidation packages and assist in annual budget and forecast consolidation.
• Coordinate with external auditors for group matters and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Secondary Role -

• Manage a local subsidiary and affiliates, including reviewing payment vouchers, financial reports, and GST filings.
• Monitor monthly operating results against budget and prepare board meeting materials.
• Oversee yearly stock take, year-end closing, and audit schedules.
• Coordinate yearly financial budget and forecast, review daily cash flow, and perform project-based GPM analysis.
• Travel to overseas subsidiaries as required.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.
