Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including tracking, documenting, and resolving any issues that arise during the closing period. Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports and analyses by meticulously reviewing submissions.
Provide guidance to junior staff on accounting entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
Support both internal and external audit processes.
Prepare and review the year-end consolidation report and assist with the year-end audit process.
Ensure strict adherence to account closing deadlines and the completeness of reports.
Ensure financial records comply with policies and procedures.
Assist in streamlining and improving internal documentation processes.
Foster and maintain a positive working relationship with the group\'s corporate bankers.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant disciplines, along with a professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance.
Demonstrate analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Capable of multitasking and working under pressure with tight deadlines independently.
