:

Client is one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s leading precast and prefabrication manufacturer.

• Prepare, review, responsible for all financial statutory and management reporting to ensure timely and accuracy submission and compliance.
• Month end closing activities including Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, GL entries and Cost Allocation.
• Ensure timely and accuracy closing of accounts and submission of reports and schedules.
• In charge of AR including of invoicing and collection.
• Review work processes, identify areas of improvement and recommend implementation of accounting processes and systems.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting GST report.
• Understand root cause and major fluctuation in profit and loss of projects
• Account for and reconcile inter-company transaction.
• Fixed Asset Management.
• Preparation audit schedules.
• Liaise with third parties such as auditors, bankers, tax agent and corporate secretary.
• Overview Accounts Executive day-to-day work.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Min 3 years of related working experience in construction industry is preferred.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and work various levels of the company\xe2\x80\x99s management
• Experience in ERP or Navision is a must
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Detailed, analytical, able to multitask and handle pressure well

• 5 days week, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm
