Assistant Finance Manager

About Our ClientOur client is a leading manufacturer for global brands and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. With a focus on innovation, we have expanded beyond athletic footwear to include casual shoes, sporting goods and equipment.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including resolving any arising issues and documentation
- Prepare financial reports and analyze management reports for accuracy and timely submission
- Prepare and review consolidation reports, assisting with the audit process
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Contribute to streamlining and improving internal documentation related to consolidation
- Collaborate effectively with the India finance team and the Taiwan headquarters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA)
- 3 years of experience in consolidation or financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
