:Our client \xef\xbb\xbfis a premier medical catheter contract manufacturing company based in Singapore. they specialize in the design, development, and production of complex medical tubing extrusion and interventional catheters. They are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team.This role reports to the Group Finance Director. You will be responsible for the oversight of financial accounting operations, and management reporting including financial planning, budgeting and analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.\xef\xbb\xbfWork details:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

\xef\xbb\xbfRequirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience.
• Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and taxation
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders of all level
• Current CA/CMA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage.
