Job Description

• Monday - Friday (Office Hour)
• Salary: $2000 - $3000
• Location: Toh Guan (Jurong East)
• AWS, VB, Allowance provided

Responsibilities

• Bank in cheque
• Receipt posting (cheque & GIRO)
• Prepare company's official receipt
• Monitor receipts from customers.
• Billing - Prepare and posting of invoices
• Internal control - Sending SOA
• AR enquiries from MTE department and customers
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirement

• Entry level position, no experience required as training provided
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
