Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tender platforms and identify potential opportunities for participation.
- To manage the bid process from end to end, handling commercial proposal development, ensuring the timeline and documentation and seeing through the project completion.
- Develop knowledge of the customer’s buying pattern and cycle, support in the preparation of the required documentation for the tender in collaboration with management and colleagues, including supporting in the evaluation and pricing process to win new business opportunities.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business or Engineering Training in Process Improvement Discipline would be advantageous.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in supporting new account development.
- Able to manage relationships and follow up with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions, and relevant government agencies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to empathize with the customer’s business, recognize sales opportunities via possessing the understanding of the healthcare institutions’ process/workflow, and propose ways to enhance operational and staff efficiency.
