Job Description
:
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Review: Prepare monthly management reports, review data to ensure accuracy, highlight trends and variances in key performance indicators
- Financial Analysis: Perform analysis on financial and non-financial data to provide business with meaningful insights to influence business decisions
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the annual budgeting exercise and financial forecasts based understanding of business direction
- Business Partnering: Work closely with the business to support new initiatives from developing investment cases to coordinating with cross-functional teams including the Finance SSC, Corporate Controls and Legal to ensure Finance requirements are implemented
- Business Partnering: Have the intellectual curiosity to call out areas for improvements and support/drive the improvement initiatives
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- > 5 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Good understanding of broad finance and accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented
- Team player but able to work independently
- Has a positive attitude and growth mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines and fast paced environment
- Highly proficient in SAP and advanced Excel / Google Sheet
- Experience using Anaplan, SQL and Google Data Studio will be advantageous
