You need to assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front office operations.
Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
Able to help with staff scheduling, task delegation, and team supervision.
You need to monitor front office staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
You need to ensure smooth coordination between front office and other departments.
You need to assist in the training and evaluation of new and existing staff.
Conduct regular briefings and ensure efficient shift handovers.
Able to support the implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Chinese
YUou must have a minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
