Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to create technical drawings, specification sheets and other ad-hoc duties for sampling to bulk stage.
• Work closely with team in creation of seasonal concept and collection
• Collaborate with Designer in designing and developing seasonal graphic prints and textile artworks
• Assists in identifying key seasonal trends, colours, materials and translating it to thoughtful product designs
• Understand products through conducting research and providing feedback during fitting sessions
• Review and evaluate lap-dips, fabrications, print strike-offs, proto to final samples together with the development team
• Communicate closely with development team for design constructions, size specs and garment fit
• Source and manage reference sample, fabric and trims library

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in textile, garment construction, fitting and design
• Pattern drafting knowledge and have a strong understanding of garment construction
• Proficient in digital software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft excel etc.
• Technical sketching ability (flat and illustration) preferred
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and self-discipline in adhering to deadlines.
• Experience working with garment factory will be an added advantage
