Translate market information into business intelligence, anticipate potential challenges to annual marketing strategies and provide solutions to mitigate challenges
Strategic direction to marketing (client management) team in terms of handling the client\'s business meetings and A&P management effectively
Lead the business Meeting with clients and ensure the key business agenda and discussions are updated and action oriented
Lead the client\'s portfolio optimization, sku\'s rationalization and category development approach to drive growth and efficiencies
Ensure proper roll out and effective utilization of A&P Exceedra tool
Lead SNOP process and make it a robust ongoing practice
Lead and explore digital transformation opportunities; B2C, B2B etc
Foster an environment of having high level of engagement with clients and customers (Win-Win approach)
Bring standardization and simplification in processes; effective utilization of performance dashboards (Client\'s or customer\'s JBP & JBR meetings)
Collaborate with COE team and local cross-functional leaders to strengthen the operational processes and bring agility in the organization
Inculcate innovation culture by piloting new ideas/thoughts
Sales:
Develop sales strategies for assigned businesses/territories/categories/ products to accelerate top line growth
Ensure effective Route to Market (RTM) & Sales team effectiveness to achieve best distribution/coverage in the country.
Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives
Lead and ensure best in class Execution on the ground
Tapping growth opportunities in terms of geo, categories, brands, In-store, distribution or coverage efficiency etc.
Implement effective monthly meetings, weekly review meetings culture in the sales organization
Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives
Build IT Capabilities by effective utilization of echo-plus and other tools like exploring B2B
Drive training and coaching culture ( OJT, classroom, train the trainer etc)
Drive excellent integration of Sales and marketing team to achieve the common goal; High Performing Team
Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
Foster a conducive environment of learning and enterprising mindset
Requirement :
Min Degree in any course
Min 10 years of relevant experience in client management
Strong in sales analysis and sales trends
Trade marketing experiences will be highly beneficial
Prior experience in leading client management team
