Our Client:

Our client is a real estate development and investment firm. They are actively looking to hire an Assistant General Manager (Projects & Building Manager) to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• The Assistant GM is a senior role that requires leading and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the building management
• Overall responsible for the project management of the planning, execution, design, construction and performance of the Company\'s development projects in Singapore, including delivery of projects from beginning to completion
• Build and develop the project team to ensure to achieve maximum performance. Ensuring tasks and scopes are delivered on time, within budget and cost, by specifications, and with the highest standards and quality
• Oversight of the project team, including the consultants and contractors, to deliver all key project targets
• Overall responsible for property management of the Company\'s portfolio of investment properties in Singapore
• Manage and direct the building management team to ensure that all works are done in compliance with the safety and building regulations

The Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building project management
• Recognized degree in Engineering/Architecture/Building or other relevant field
• Proficient in construction contract and building & project management
• Creative self-starter, good leadership, and team player
• Able to multitask and someone who has a strong communication skills
