Key Responsibilities Be part of Lyte's marketing team to strategize and strengthen Lyte's brand presence and drive growth in both brand and marketing, as well as business drivers. Work with cross functional team (Product, BD and Tech) to establish growth strategies to support business. You will drive growth marketing strategies through a unified approach to the overall marketing efforts via email marketing, through deeper understanding and analysis of users through customer insights from data to better understand behavior and journey, planning and executing end to end email growth marketing campaigns to effectively convert prospects to users, dormant users to active users, referral, and retention program to drive usage and adoption of Lyte's services. You will also drive, plan and execute all Performance Marketing campaigns to support the business in driving growth. You will be the main lead to govern and manage Lyte's webpages, in partnership with web designers, content lead, business and technical support to ensure timely content updates and content that attracts new visitors, encourages acquisition or drive usage of Lyte's products. Manage the performance of all Lyte's websites which includes tracking metrics like pageviews, bounce, conversion, drop off etc. You will also partner closely with the marketing team to ensure a connected, one-voice approach for our brand proposition and campaign strategy. Email Marketing Responsible for developing and executing end-to end- growth email marketing strategies to grow brand and product awareness, drive new user acquisition and usage amongst existing users, aligned to business objectives by understanding the customer journey, develop insights through data to identify a strategy suited for user's cycle. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer's experience: acquisition, activation, retention and usage via email marketing campaigns. Work closely with content marketing lead and in-house designer to plan and develop creative and engaging content to amplify on email platform across various customer journey stages. Define target audience segments that maximizes impact of marketing activities to be hyper-targeted and contextual to drive better conversion and database growth, including A/B test to gain insights and learnings for each campaign. Develop and execute a full email marketing content plan for both acquisition and engagement purposes with clear user journeys mapped out. Adopt a data and insights-driven approach in monitoring and reporting of performance for email marketing campaigns and providing recommendations for optimization to meet key performance metrics. Performance Marketing Develop paid media approach in partnership with key media and digital platform partners to drive marketing campaigns with a single-minded proposition across paid (Social, Search, Video, Programmatic etc.,) and owned media and optimize performance across full marketing funnel, to achieve target media KPIs and business outcomes in collaboration with the marketing team, key media, and digital platform partners, Manage all performance led campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, dormant to inactive, engagement, retention and customer behavior actions that can make an impact to Lyte's business growth. Leverage data and insights to identify audiences for growth, improve the digital customer journey and implement relevant targeting strategies to drive performance and optimise media spend. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future campaigns. ROI driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert Web Marketing Manage Lyte's owned channels by creating and managing websites to promote Lyte's products and services to align with our overarching strategy. Work with web designers, content lead and business, to develop compelling online content that attracts new visitors and encourages them to sign up Developing and implementing an online marketing strategy designed to meet business goals, increase web traffic, conversions and generating leads from website visitors. Analyze website traffic statistics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and manage the performance of all Lyte's websites which includes tracking metrics like pageviews, bounce, conversion, drop off etc. Monitoring search engine rankings and optimizing to ensure that the site is positioned prominently in search results for keywords associated with the business Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience and track record of successful growth campaign, or in digital and marketing communications, preferrable in the finance/fintech space Proven experience in driving performance in digital paid media, optimization and testing through analytics, with deep understanding and knowledge of performance media and media mix modelling measurement. Strong digital marketing competence across performance, optimisation, test and learn, and analytics and measurement Fundamental understanding of GA, Mailchimp, Wordpress, and other web metrices/ analytics for performance optimization Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and strong discipline of data tracking and able to continuously optimize campaigns effectively to deliver goals and leverage data to aid decisions Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working with both data and creative and committed to excellence in project execution and adept at managing priorities, timelines and achieving targets. Strong comprehension ability in finance and technology related topics understanding of the Neobank space is a plus
