Plan, organized & coordinate quarterly activities for guest.
Do a daily control & inspection of the breakfast operations to ensure the food quality & quality meet the standard.
To ensure the hygiene, cleanliness & safety of the area & kitchen are maintain at all times.
To plan and prepare work schedules for the department.
To check daily the arrivals & departure of long-staying guest, VIPs, Special occasion & special requirements.
To check & ensure all the preparation, amenities & requirement for long-staying guest, VIPS & Special occasions & requirements are arranged accordingly.
Participate in the inspection and checking the preparation for VIPs and ensure that they will receive proper treatment.
To develop and maintain close business contact with the inhouse guests and to provide personalized service whenever possible.
Conduct a follow up call with guest to obtain guest requirement during stay, feedback & special preferences.
To ensure all guest data collections are updated in PMS system, log records to be shared with Operations Manager & kept in log records.
To check & reply other Guest Feedback channels on daily basis. To investigate any complaints & highlight guest compliments. Reply to be vetted by OM/Markerting beforehand.
Monthly summary records and dated all guest complaints & good practises in record log. Data & implementation to be presented to Operations Manager.
Plan & implement activities or ideas to enhance guest stay experience based on guest feedback.
Response and attend to guest complaint promptly & tactfully.
To work closely with & inform Operations Manager of any unusual activities that occur daily.
