We are looking for a Assistant head chef with the following details:
He must have great influence with the local market.
He must show results in the previous operation with relation to sales. And must prove the results with evidence.
He must be able to lead the Turkish menu and understand Asian culture, to adjust menu accordingly to asian tastebud.
Minimum 2 years experience required
