The L&OD Division comprises of three functional teams in the domain of Leadership Development (LD), Organisation Development (OD) and Learning

As an Assistant Head/Senior Officer of Learning, your day-to-day responsibilities would include

• Identifying learning needs and priorities, and drawing up the appropriate intervention strategy, plan and activities to meet them.
• Designing and developing learning initiatives and solutions, which also include producing related contents and materials.
• Working with external partners, vendors and providers to develop broad-based and specialized learning solutions.
• Conducting effectiveness learning needs analysis on organization, teams and individuals, as well as evaluation on the effectiveness of the learning solutions applied.
• Planning budget required to carry out learning related activities at all levels in the organization, and working within budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Educating management and staff on learning intentions and plans, and engage them on a regular basis to obtain feedback and ideas for improvement.
• Facilitating some of the learning activities and interventions yourself, subject matter expertise and practice experience permitting.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant learning development experience.
• Passion to help individuals, teams and organisations to be more effective through capability development.
• Established track record in implementing learning initiatives, projects, platforms and/or systems.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
