Job Description


Purpose of the role: To motivate and coach the team, and monitor team performance and development.

You Will:

  • Monitor in-store bar and retail inventory
  • Be responsible for daily operations, and assist your house manager
  • Assist your house manager in guiding, planning, and monitoring team members\xe2\x80\x99 OKR
  • Ensure that the store\xe2\x80\x99s operational budget is in line and cost effective, alongside your house manager
  • Monitor overall guest satisfaction, take into consideration customer feedback, and make the necessary changes
  • Summarise and report on all member performance to the house manager every month
  • Submit payroll for the part-time members every month
  • Enforce and monitor operational standards, SOPs and quality measures that have been set out for the store
  • Assist the house manager to handle administrative matters, alongside all other necessary records and reports, for the outlet
  • Plan and execute members\xe2\x80\x99 bi-weekly work schedule
  • Conduct necessary training for all members
  • Establish healthy connections between the team and the guests
  • Help out with ad-hoc duties, such as cleaning, assisting your peers, and others
  • Promote a collaborative work environment
  • Manage expense and petty cash
  • Monitor and manage team discipline
  • Equipment and store front maintenance
  • Sales management along with your House Manager

  • Have a keen eye for detail
Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Keynote
