Manage HR function, including its daily operations and ensure compliance to company\'s policies and country\'s regulations in Southeast Asia.
Manage Admin function, Workplace Health & Safety and HR & Admin compliance to company\'s policies and social requirements, and prepare personal income tax for Japanese expatriate.
Review with Head of Departments on training needs analysis, track Company Total Training Plan and handle its related matters.
Maintain cordial relationship among all levels of employees and handle performance improvement and disciplinary matters.
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum diploma in any discipline (preferably in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience handling full spectrum of HR an Admin functions, including payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act and statutory submission.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Eg. Excel/Words).
Able to handle confidential information an exercise high level of integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels.
