Our client is in the pharmaceutical industry and currently they are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as their HR & Admin Manager.

Human Resources
Handle full spectrum of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and employee development and budget management Assist in administering compensation and benefits changes associated with merit increases, promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves of absence Review of HR policies and procedures and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures in line with business needs and in accordance with local labour legislation. Oversee performance management and improvement process. Ensure all employees receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary period Ensure all s are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary Deliver on-boarding program for new hires as well as conduct exit interviews with departing staff Identify, develop and implement training & development programs to improve competencies & effectiveness of all employees Guide managers and supervisors in appropriate and fair human resource practices. Administration of company benefit and insurance schemes including periodic reviews and updates as well as liaison with insurance brokers relating to medical insurance Look into the enhancement of existing welfare programs & employee relation activities to enhance the relationship between management and staff Research and recommend pay structures and annual pay revision Maintain associate personnel files, ensuring documents and manuals are kept current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Handle staff counseling/coaching and disciplinary matters (when necessary)
Administration
Oversee day to day office administration Acquisition and management of office stationery and equipment IT management of Singapore systems and assets; liaise with HQ IT & management of local IT vendor on office IT systems requirement and matters Oversee facilities planning, maintenance, liaising with vendors, landlords to ensure smooth running of the office Negotiate with landlord on lease renewal Review of administration policies and procedures Maintain company organization chart and employee directory Forecasting & controlling the office administration expenditure Organizing company events / company trip, staff events Any ad-hoc assignments / projects given by the MD
Others
Local Compliance Delegate (LCD) appointed by HQ Global Compliance Team
Compliance Champion - responsible for the rollout, implementation and execution of the Compliance Program on the local level Ongoing training local team to adhere to HQ and Local compliance policies in conducting our business ethically and with integrity
CSR Champion - communicate and proposal adoption of beneficiary to Management and Staff; be the facilitator with the adopted Charity and co-ordinate and lobby support from Staff for donations and support to the Adopted Charity
Requirements:
A Degree in HRM / Business Administration or equivalent Possess HR generalist knowledge and have at least 3-5 years of hands on in HR Administration and office operation Familiar with local employment regulation Passion for human resources, strong perceptive abilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships Good organization skills Meticulous, resourceful and able to handle confidential information / issues Fast learner, flexible to take new challenges and adapt to changes Team player who establishes effective relationships with colleagues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
