Handle full spectrum of HR functions and provide strategic and day-to-day support to drive the delivery of the people agenda within the relevant business area
Handle recruitment, change management, organisational design, employee engagement, performance management and training and development.
Proactively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to manage risks
Assist the Manager in complex employee relations issues
Provide on-boarding and in-house Trade First compliance related in-house trainings
Manage the HR and General Office Administration including office management, administrative management and facility management
Supervise the maintenance of office administration records for equipment and corporate insurance
Compilation of HR related reports to support Management in making informed business decisions
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar capacity is preferred
Experience in multi-chain retail, F&B or hospitality is preferred
Knowledge of local regulations
