Our client is an European Listed MNC, one of the leading players in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Assistant HR and Admin Manager to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area - easily accessible.

Dutes of Assistant Assistant HR and Admin Manager

  • Responsibilities include maintaining staff files, leaves, payroll, CPF, and medical/hospital benefits.
  • Conducting recruitment and new-employee orientations, renewing insurance policies, and supporting performance management.
  • Managing Employment Pass applications and maintaining company organization charts.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and maintaining the Business Travel policy.
  • Supporting exhibitions and training events, managing staff mobile phones, and liaising with the landlord for office rental and parking.
  • Coordinating office activities, handling ad-hoc matters, and maintaining day-to-day office operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in related field
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of the employment rules and regulations in Singapore
